A quick Introduction
As a relatively new contestant to the market, and believe me, there are plenty around. We have decided to do things a little bit differently to your usual hairdressing team, and what we strive to do is to provide you with the knowledge to make the most out of your products, how to treat your hair properly, by which we mean not slapping 230 degrees of heat onto it dripping wet, and also recommend products for every possible problem you may come across from stretching out your colours at the salon to taming that wild fluff ball that's invaded your normal hair over the summer!
There's also going to be reading for the guys as well, because let's face it guys, we hate nothing more than having to ask for help, whether it’s asking for directions or that persistent thinning patch at the top of your head!

A little more about Style Commander
Originally, I left school and did ICT, a subject that I loved at the time and was very good at. However, after a few months, I found myself shying away from it due to my natural creative streak. I left college with a VCE, but never wanted to look at a computer again, especially Spreadsheets!
After taking a year out of college, I went on to follow my childhood dream, and become a hairdresser. This allowed me to be artistic, but not have to put a pencil, or a brush to paper (I'm not a very good drawer).
Throughout college, I really excelled, I had found my passion.
Taking in information like a sponge does water, I found that my knowledge quickly excelled beyond what I could be taught in college, and proceeded to take on many different courses with Wella Studios to quench my thirst to find out more. I also managed to land a Junior role in a salon where everyone was hair mad. I'm not talking looking at the pretty pictures in magazines, I'm talking making the pretty pictures in the magazines!
Through working with such a wonderfully creative team who had a passion for their trade, I quickly moved up the ranks, but not in a way you'd normally do so! I started to diversify, moving away from hairdressing so to speak, and looking more into the science and biology of hair. I was obviously still cutting and colouring, and that will always be the main focus of my career, however, understanding the science behind everything means that my colours will not be surpassed, in vibrancy, technique or perfection.
In the near future, I will also be offering a variety of True Semi Permanent colours, these colours will also be available for you to do at home to keep your colour looking fab longer. So if you ever want to know more, just ask!
I also discovered I have a natural flare with marketing, which although required a lot of computer work, involved a lot more artistic involvement, and my passion, colour. Being able to come up with innovative taglines and write, which is another hobby of mine, I found that my next big thing would be to set up Style Commander.
Fast forward 3 years, and Style Commander has been reborn, this time however, in Spain!
Using only the finest products from the Wella Professionals colour range, including Colour Touch, Magma, Blondor and Koleston Perfect, you'll find your colours rich and beautiful with tones and depths to suit you and your personality. Don't hesitate to call for a consultation, and should you ever require any information about your hair concerns, I'll be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
